Our security systems are designed with your privacy in mind and provide strong protection against intrusion, destruction, or other risks.
How long we keep your personal data
We generally do not store personal data longer than necessary. If you create an account, we will process your personal data until you close the account, at which point the data is deleted. After account deletion, we retain your personal data for six (6) months in case you wish to reactivate your account. You may also contact us at gdpr@unmo.se to request manual deletion. If your account has been inactive for a long period, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep it.
In certain cases, we may be legally obliged to retain personal data, for example where financial transactions have occurred and data must be kept for accounting purposes. Such data will be deleted once the retention period required by law has expired.
Sharing your personal data
We may share your personal data within the Duni Group and with service providers or partners we engage to operate our website. Personal data is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for them to perform their services, and all recipients are obligated not to disclose or use the data for other purposes. We also require recipients to protect the data to the same high standards we apply.
The legal basis for sharing your data is either your consent or the performance of the contract entered when you use our services.

We strive to process your personal data within the EU/EEA. If your data is processed outside the EU, for example by a service provider, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place so that recipients process the data securely and in compliance with GDPR.
The same applies if we share or transfer data to recipients outside the EU/EEA — safeguards must be in place and processing must comply with GDPR.
