Surf Shack focuses on providing local & fresh ingredients.
The meat for our smash burgers is from local Swedish farms, ground fresh daily, hand-formed and served on America’s favourite hamburger bun.
Our golden-brown french fries are picked from a farm in Skåne and hand-cut daily by us.
Our shakes are hand spun and whipped up in front of your eyes in the classic American diner way.
We strive to use only fresh and seasonal vegetables. We do our own dressings from our own unique recipes.
