The Role: 
As F&B Manager, you’ll head up our bar, café, restaurant, and catering operations — with full responsibility for results, guest experience, and team performance. You’ll be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

You’ll shape the F&B department’s strategy and development, lead and motivate your team, and make sure every guest experience is top-class — whether it’s a cocktail at a concert, a lunch meeting, or a 500-person gala.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Oversee and elevate daily operations across our bar, café, restaurant, and catering — ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.

• Create, curate and continuously improve menus, service flows, and guest experiences that surprise and delight.

• Drive profitability through smart budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.

• Lead, recruit, and develop a passionate, high-performing team with a shared focus on service and quality.

• Guarantee high standards of safety, hygiene, and legal compliance — including responsibility for permits and licensing.

• Work closely with other teams to co-create seamless events, productions, and standout guest moments.

• Drive both small and large improvement initiatives that align with our vision — and bring your own ideas to life.

• Be an ambassador for our shared values — in how you lead, serve, create, and collaborate.

Who You Are:

• A strong leader with hands-on experience from bar, restaurant, and/or event-driven environments.

• Proven track record in building and managing F&B operations with great results.

• Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented — with a passion for people.

• Comfortable managing budgets, goals, and schedules.

• Experienced in staff leadership, team building, and competence development.

• Responsible, structured, and empathetic — with an eye for quality and detail.

• Holder of a personal alcohol serving license and experience in safety routines.

• Bonus if you have a background or interest in music, events, or creative environments.

• You are fluent in Swedish and English.

This is a full-time leadership role with a six-month trial period.
